Traditionally membership at Pearl Valley Golf Estates is compulsory with the purchase of property on the estate.  During the SA Open in 2009, we launched the Non Property Ownership (NPO) membership which makes provision for a limited number of memberships not connected to property sales.The structure and set up will work as follows:

• Entrance Fee of R50 000 per membership
• Annual Golf Subscription Fees per person are:

Membership category	Subscription fee for 2010
Primary Golf	R 26 370 (includes R 3 000 clubhouse allowance
Family Golf	R 42 620 (includes R 5 000 clubhouse allowance)
Family +2 Golf	R 46 040 (includes R 5 000 clubhouse allowance)
Corporate Golf	R 50 600 (includes R 5 000 clubhouse allowance)

 Membership Policy

• Entrance Fees are once off and non refundable.
• In addition to the Entrance Fee, all golf members are required to pay subscription fees, depending on their membership category, on an annual basis.
• Membership subscriptions are valid until the end of the respective financial year, and are then automatically renewed for a further 12 month period on the 1st of January each year (our financial year runs from 1 January - 31 December).
• Membership is not transferable.
